Shipping policy

Due to high demand, our best products typically ship within 3 days from date of order. For shipping questions, please contact us at info@numonet.com.

 

Processing Time –

Our Processing time currently is 3 business not including weekends or shipping time. We ship via USPS first-class mail which takes approximately an additional 3-5 business days.

 

Rush Orders –

If you need an item rushed or by a specific date, update is available during check for an additional cost, please contact us BEFORE you place your order!! We will respond to your request and let you know if we are able to meet your deadline. If you place your order and request a rush without checking with us first, we are not responsible for meeting your deadline. If you do not hear back from us, we have not confirmed your rush order.

 

Shipping Address Changes -

Please double and triple check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need the shipping address changed after your order has been placed, we will make a note on your account but if an item is accidentally shipping to your original shipping address or an item is returned due to a wrong address you will be responsible for additional shipping cost.

**Numonet LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your PayPal account and on our website. Once your order ships, Numonet LLC is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address will incur additional shipping charges to RESHIP your order again. **

 

International Shipping -

We are not currently shipping outside of the United States

 

Returns -

Returns are not accepted on any customized item - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However, If the mistake was my on our end, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost to you. As with any issue, please contact us as we are always eager to assist and correct an issue where we can.

 

Color Representation -

Please note that color representation may not be accurate due to differing computer monitor displays. If you have a question about a particular shade, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Custom Personalization -

Please do not forget to include AGE, NAME, NEED BY DATE, in the personalization section.
